Being John Daly – Golf Channel

Categories: Sports

I have started watching Being John Daly. I’m not usually a fan of reality or personal interest/drama shows but so far I like this one. I have always liked John as a golfer and a personality. He seems very honest, genuine and wears his heart on his sleeve. I’m pulling for him to make a comeback. John has had his issues with booze and women but he is not a lying fake weasel like tiger woods. tiger is a douchebag. Read More

I love this girl – New Mexico’s Elizabeth Lambert

(C’mon, ref, let ‘em play.) You know it’s a big day when we’re bringing you women’s soccer highlights. Yesterday’s game between BYU and New Mexico wasn’t especially crazy if you only look at the box score. 1-0, Stormin’ Lady Mormons. It’s how we all got there that’s raising an eyebrow or two. Start off by hitting The Masters website or maybe reading the Wiki, but the best way to virtually experiance it is to fly over it with live.com. Select Birds Eye view and enjoy ... Read More

UFC 90: Silva vs. Côté

Categories: Sports

I am really looking forward to this fight. Personally I'm in the corner (figuratively) of Cote because he's a Canadian and has giving an MMA seminar at my gym. Silva is deserving of the pound for pound title as much as Fedor is. Watching Silva in the octagon he is one of the few fighters who seems to translate pure Muay Thai technique to MMA. His clinch and knees are deadly, ask Rich Franklin who had his nose moved to the side of ... Read More
