It’s a bachelors life

I just watched this one despite the fact I don't ski, hate the snow, cold ... For some reason I like ski movies. It started with my kid brothers copy of The Blizzard of Ahhh's, ironically referenced in this documentary. This is a very good documentary on extreme skiing, its origins and the personalities that shaped it. This movie received some pretty heavy word of mouth and internet hype. Apparently Will Ferrell laughed his ass off and watched a tone of times. I can't pinpoint exactly what I liked about this flick, but I did. It's not as funny as the trailer makes it out to be. When I first saw the trailer for this documentary I really wanted to see it but it never made it to my area. Now that it has come out on DVD I screened it in my theater, and it was worth the wait.
